We hope the piece feels right in your space. If not, you can return it under the terms below.

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the return has been received and approved.

Sweden

Free shipping and returns within Sweden. Take the time to experience the piece in your space.

International orders

    To return an item, email materiallights@gmail.com with:

      • Your order number
      • The product(s) you wish to return
      • The reason for your return

    Once registered, send the piece to:

    Please pack the item carefully. Return shipping is at your expense, and you are responsible until it reaches us.

    Original shipping costs are deducted from the refund.
