Custom or larger orders are made to order and typically ship within up to 12 weeks. Lead times will be confirmed based on the scope of the order.
How long will my order take to arrive?

All items listed on our website are in stock and ship within 5 business days, unless stated otherwise in the product description.

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Sweden: 1 business day
  • Europe: 3–5 business days
  • International: up to 10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Is shipping included?

Shipping is included on all lamp orders.

Candleholder-only orders may incur a shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local taxes and import duties. These will either be quoted by email for approval before shipment, or invoiced by the courier upon delivery.
Can I return my order?

Yes. You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Made-to-order items are not eligible for return.

Craft & Care
Where are your lamps made?

Our lamps are designed and made by us in Stockholm, and in collaboration with international artisans.
Are all pieces unique?

Yes. Natural variations in texture, veining, and translucency give each piece its own character.

If you would like to see the specific lamp available before shipping, you’re welcome to contact us. When possible, we may be able to share reference images of available pieces for certain designs where natural variation is more pronounced. This service is offered as a courtesy, subject to availability, and cannot be guaranteed.
How do I clean my lamp?

Dust gently with a dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or water. Always unplug your lamp before cleaning.
